There Is No Duplicate Content Penalty
I don?t know if there is a penalty, but I think Google is not interested in having the same content more than once. Why should they? If duplicate content is still ranking it could be because Google?s software cannot do better. But this could change in the future.- Kalan

Using Blogs with PLR Post?
I never use PLR. Or you have to rewrite it. Even though some people say duplicate content does not matter, I think it does. With original content I get more visitors from broad match terms of my main keywords. These PLR articles may already be used by thousands of people. Just type in the first...- Kalan
