I dont see how you are going to automatically fill it if you are not writing anything, with the exception of backlinking to the origional authors blog, which then will have your user base going there directly. I do not see that being a good thing.
Not very usefull to me because I have been doing this for a long time and have a relationship with many affiliate networks allready, plus the technical knowledge to implement my affiliate links. However, this does seem like an amazing tool to get more talented writers out there making money for...
Twitter Blast
You can use twitter automatically, this is part of time management that everyone in marketing should do. Go to twitterfeed.com and set up your blog to automatically post to your twitter account. I do not even log into twitter and I gain followers allmost everytime I update my blog.
Value
I do not think it is needed. If you are giving good valuable content, that the end user can appreciate, when you are referencing a site, if there is a chance for you to make a buck, you should use the affiliate link.
I do not think you should paste 500 links in an article, but 1-4...
