Can someone point me to a sample commission percentage schedule paid to affiliate publishers for sales by the major merchants like Amazon, Bestbuy, Buy.com, etc. I have seen many single company percentages but I was just wondering if there was an aggregate list assuming you join a service like...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
