no, no! You can lock your phone screen for example and you still get notifications. You don't get them only if all of your agents are offline and than it is switching to ticketing mode.
Yes you can but it's not so easy and i never did it. And you don't have to pay any extra money for ticketing system in livechat. It's just one of their feature in EVERY package.
I don't know them but Intercom also have nice software. It's a little expensive but it's also a very good one. However I would choose livechat because of their ticketing system feature. It can be really useful if you're running a hosting business.
Well i switched to livechat around 1 year ago and I wouldn't switch it to anything else at this moment. I assume that their staff works very hard to give us best possible software. Check out their 30-day free trial - you don't even need to use your credit card to test it so you don't loose anything
It works really good but beside them i used only zopim. And their iphone app is the main reason why i switched to livechat. Their app works very good in my opinion.
Post different kind of content on your wall. Don't post photos or text informations all the time. Mix it all and post videos, photos, questions etc. Also check when people who liked your page are online and post your stuff around that time.
