Ok so I am somewhat new to making money with CPA.. BUT I do have an account with maxbounty and I am willing to spend 100$ + bonuses on PPV or PPC. I want to promote a webinar signup offer. Which is best for this kind of offer PPC or PPV? Would really love some advice and thanks!- Koolkitkat
