You can check the pagerank of your site on webmaster tools. you can not see exactly the rank for each page but more or less you can find out the overal change and the page with the highest pagerank (for each month).

I do not agree. If this was true then you could rank for the keyword 'internet' just by having a good and a quality content. According to Google pagerank is still a parameter in their algorithms, but it is heavily modify since the first version of the algorithm that is known to us.

I agree. As far as twitter concerns make sure that you have followers that are interested in your area. Update your profile often and follow people that are considered to be experts to your field.
PageRank is only one parameter in the google's algorithm. Do not focus on the PR but on your conversion rates and on the relative traffic. Make sure that your site is optimized for the correct keywords and check that your links have relative to your site anchor text.
Of course it matters. Long invalid pages can not be parsed easily by Search Engines. If the html is broken you will have other problems also:
You will not be able to keep the same result for the different browsers, the site will load slower and blind users will not be able to read your site.
Number 1 marketing rule: The more you spend on Ads the better!
This clearly depends on the budget you have. Check out the cost and see what is best for you. Personally I prefer Google. Check out also adCenter of Microsoft.
I would not concentrate so much in Traffic if i was you. For sure it is important but have in mind that you should also check your conversion rates. What you need is relative traffic.
