You can install osCommerce with most hosting providers.
Just pick one that meets your requirements (space, bandwidth, mysql, etc...).
Also, avoid hosting review websites, a lot are just affiliate links which don't give a REAL view on the company.
Word of warning about BlueHost. I strongly recommend you read their reviews over at WHT before you join. They are a classic example of overselling, the moment you start using lots of disk space & bandwidth they will terminate your account.
No-one can offer unlimited disk space or bandwidth, its not physically possible. I would also recommend you avoid hosts which oversell too, offering 3000GB disk space is just not realistic for a few dollars a month.
Use your common sence ;)
To prevent this you could add a captcha image, but it really depends on your website.
A good php programmer would have the script search for existing records before adding a new one.
If you are serious about your forum then you really should upgrade it. Its ok at the moment, but if you start getting high traffic that board will soon become difficult to manage.
I have always been a fan of vB but recently started to like IPB better. Both are really good though. Buring Board is something to consider if you can't afford IPB or VB.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
