Any good CPA networks for german/austria out there?

im searching the best network for german/austria contentlocking offers, the EPC on the US networks for my countries are horrible with $0,01-0,06 would be also good if the offers are unlimited, means they don't get disabled after a number of leads is reached maybe there is a german...
