    I typically run pay per call offers through mobile search. Primarily adwords mobile as they occupy the vast majority of the mobile search market. The traffic isnt cheap but a good pay per call offer will often convert at north of 40% making it doable.

    I wouldn't worry too much about a call. In my experience all they want to hear is that you are focused and have an actionable plan to generate traffic.

    I would avoid using MailChimp as they do not like affiliates so you wouldn't be able to use them to promote cpa and affiliate offers.
