I dont think facebook will run under microsoft. I think they shouldnt let them hand lay all over by Microsoft or Google. because I think facebook and myspace are creating threats ( somehow or maybe in future) to big empires in the internet.

Its better to get links from LOW PR but relevant to your website than High PR but completely irrelevant to your website.
The low PR site will get its way to move on high PR. So its better that way..
