Any Survey Company/Offer Approved by Facebook?

Is/are there any Ad Network that are approved by FB to run their offers. FB usually disables apps if they run offers/surveys from some of the available Ad companies, are there any they pally with?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
