big problem with traffics from proxy

i hope to get help from any one please :) i have big problem with traffics from proxy i but traffic from ppv network and they send me traffic from USA and any one use proxy from USA ip are there any way to stop traffic from proxy to my cpa offers ? i want script or wordpress plugin or php code...
