AdWords account suspended will I ever get it back guys?

I used to promote adwords when I ran incetive traffic back in 09 just now coming back to marketing and see its suspended I guess that it gone for good yeah?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
