Adsense blog for CPA network acceptance?

I have a newbie question... When applying to CPA networks can I use and Adsense blog when the ask for a website? If not what type of blog do you recommend? Thanks.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
