Try place 3rd party tracking code on the offer you promot, (if ur aff network support 3rd party tracking), then u could check any different between ur report and aff network report.
No, user can't block any of DirectCPV traffic providers by subid, on our side we just only could track traffic refer URL. and I set amazon.com as target URL, then I found traffic from
/amazon.com/Marketing-SIZZLING-Presses-I
/amazon.com/Cant-Take-Your-Body-Repair/d...
Be careful about DirectCPV's traffic, make sure ur LP could track referurl, cos I have made test and got almost 90% fake traffic from fake referurl, and their customer support is suck, never get back to u on time. Dont waste ur money on DirectCPV, and try LeadImpact for start.
LI will be more easy to start, low deposit, TV is very hard to get apporved, Im still not get apporved from TV  , they do not reply any emails

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
