    I tend to spend about 10x the Campaign's Payout rate to test an offer is converting or not. Sometimes if I see any potential but I am unsure, I do spend a bit more until it's clear if it's a winner or not.

    You should start with Games on Facebook. They are quite easy to start with, and yo can learn the process while you might make some extra bucks. I would recommend you to try out different countries, not just the US, like: CA, AU, DE, FR, UK, etc. Let me know if you need more help on this.
