I actually think seositecheckup.com is a great tool for most onsite analysis. It's decent enough to catch what's happening on a broad level of a site/URL.
For checking for bad links I use linkdelete.com but it does block you after a few lookups.
For checking links more in depth I recommend...
I have subscriptions for all and Ahrefs is the best hands down. Majestic simply doesn't offer the same data and many of their metrics are fluff, with no actionable substance. I don't know about you but I'm not looking for arbitrary algorithms adding nonsense to my audits. I want actionable data.
I still recommend Scrapebox over Gscraper, easier learning curve and much more flexible and robust in my opinion. For the price you simply cannot beat it.
It's time for me to make some money online. I have been reading blogs and blogs and blogs and more blogs and ebooks and everything I can get my hands on but now I'm taking action and gonna start doing it.
I was going to suggest iDevAffiliate prior to reading your request. Personally I feel that this is a custom job and would require a programmer to get you going. I'd check with some outsource programmers to see if this is something they can manage. I will keep my eye peeled as I'm in the process...
The key to the future of Google optimization is the personalized results and how they will influence rankings. I don't know where or how optimization on Google will exist with personalized results but just keep an eye out as that is truly the future of their algorithms and displaying results.

Wow Linda,
This story really hits close to home, and who know's 'Jeremy' could in fact be a friend of mine. Long story short my friend ended up doing this exact same thing, for car companies about 5 years ago or so. He had NO idea about PPC or really not much info about the internet for that...
I haven't been in the loop with Squidoo very much recently, have they made all blurbs or comments nofollow? I was just over there today doing some looking around and noticed nofollow comment links. Is this new?
