Teespring/Sunfrog - editing t-shirt image when promoting

Hi guys, I have a website where I would like to sell t-shirts and earn from affiliate sales. Can I copy the t-shirt image from Teespring/Sunfrog website, upload it to my server and promote it from my website? Also, am I allowed to change background of that image, from white to grey for example...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
