Where to sell the email Blast?

Hey everybody, I have 200k fresh targeted emails I want to sell a few email blast for that Does anybody approximately know how much i could cost? And how to find anybody who want to email to them? Thanks in advance to the responders!

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
