When is a good time for Affiliates to get ready for Christmas?

Hi Guys Dare I say the word 'Christmas' in August! lol.. :D However, I am really curious to know when is a good time to start preparing your site for the Christmas rush? With so many things to consider, such as design updates, special promotions and the addition of new product categories...

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
