Blogging is generally a good way to make money, however, you have to do your keyword research right - if you fail there, you will fail entirely.
Don't be scared by my strong words, though. Keyword research is not as hard as many people tend to think. Use your common sense while choosing buying...
I agree that keyword research is super important, it also enables you to understand your market more and know the language of the market, which is very important in copywriting.
Usually people start small, local, and then expand as the time passes. This is what I do, anyway.
I recommend that you pick a market first and only move to a different market after you've dominated the first.
I recommend that you get a good autoresponder (AWeber is the best for me). It's really easy to set up your followup messages there and there is option to send instant emails to your list.
Hi there,
the bigger portion of a sale goes your way the harder it usually is to promote that particular product.
For example, as an Amazon affiliate you start with only 4% commissions, yet it is still possible to make a living just by promoting Amazon products, because they convert so well.
Get a good hosting (I recommend Hostgator if you are a beginner), buy a domain name, via a cheap registrar (I recommend Namecheap, especially if you buy using their promo codes) and start building your site.
Submitting tens of articles per day is not a problem at all. However, I've heard of people getting penalized by submitting thousand of articles per day. It depends on the quantity.
From my experience is even more powerful than simple posting your articles to article directories. The thing is, your articles must be well spun to get them accepted by many blog owners.
The one and only book that helped me set the right mindset was "Think And Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. Written more than 70 years ago, I consider it the best source of advice on how to "think big" and have the right approach to succeed.
Email response is definitely on my daily "to-do" list. I think if it we had to pay for it, it wouldn't make much sense, because people would move to different means of communication, such as social networks.
No, you don't breach anyone's copyright by embedding their videos. If they don't want anyone to embed their vids, they should disable this option in the videos' settings. It's they fault if they don't know.
I think there's no definite answer to your question. It largely depends on your niche and how your site looks like. What's important is your traffic be targetted.
As for me, I've had the best results with media buying.
Great post. I think the most important thing to succeed in affiliate marketing is to have the right mindset - not just spend your time on internet marketing forums, but rather have the "I can solve this" attitude.
That looks like a good strategy to build a list. My strategy of list building is as follows:
1. I create a compelling squeeze page, sometimes with a video to increase sign up rates.
2. I create an article for Ezinearticles (about 400 words long).
3. I backlink the article to get it to number...
I like to write content for my websites on my own - I've outsourced it before, but the quality of the content is usually lower. I always do keyword research before writing any content - I target 1/2 main keywords per article and also research LSI keywords, I think this helps as well.
Be aware that some authors of some templates don't even know what the word SEO means - however, there are also SEO friendly templates, of which I like Wordpress the mst.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
