    I think the guy wants to make fake Alexa and flip his site fast, alexa can be easily faked with 2-3 301 redirects mixed with some heavy paid botnet traffic for like $30-40 per month, you can make alexa of 300000 in like 2 months pretty easy

    Knowing how Namejet, Pool and SnapNames do the domain catch, I don't think we got a chance if we only rely on one desctop program. Those guys are working with tens of registars and using their nodes to send shitloads of request per minute the exact time the domain is deleted from the zone files...

    PR is irrelevant (at the least the way we know it), same and DA and PA and etc, what I think is valid and top ranking signal, is the trust-relevancy. I would advise you guys to read more in Google Patents for trust authority and seed sites, I bet you will find some interesting things to think of.
