TRAFFIC SOURCE CREATION with AdsBridge

I'm setting up Bing as a traffic source. Since the conversion doesn't happen on my website, I cannot use Bing Ads UET tag tracking code. Is Bing Ads support S2S postback URL, which could be used to send conversion data to Bing Ads panel? Also what I need to fill in Tracking ID and cost field?
