I completely agree with the Minstrel. On Page, titles, description, Keywords and content would always be the most important in Seo. The stated parameters have a vital role in promoting a website and improving the SERP and PR.

Your On Page of the website is good but the keywords are quite competitive. Also, the website has no good amount of relevant back links. It seems you've not much concentrated on the promotional part of the website.
