IS Pulse360 a shady network ?

Does anyone outsource SEO?
You're absolutely right about knowing your SEO before outsourcing it, it's a lot better if you give specific directions to the worker, because ranking a website #1 is "easy" but not always the best idea, also they could use some methods you don't wanna use or that will backfire at you later etc...- Mehdi

Paid traffic expert i got a question for you
it depends on the budget you have and the type of traffic you're buying. CPA is good because you don't need to spend too much to test an offer, and also you don't have to deal with refunds etc .. what you get is what you get (usually). Otherwise if you're doing big media buys it's better to go...- Mehdi
