What consitutes "high" traffic?

I am curious, what is considered to be "high" traffic. One of my websites receive about 200K visitors each month. I know I am not utilizing the traffic effectively to my advantage. But I was wondering if the problem is the marketing side or the traffic? Any suggestions, JV, etc. is welcomed...
