Getting free traffic should be a combination of SEO, social media marketing, video marketing, blog commenting, guest blogging, forum posting e.t.cc. That way, you build quality traffic that is long term.
I think building a page and trying to get fans to the page is the best way to harness social media traffic. Most of the groups on Facebook are seriously spammed. So much that I don't consider any of the group's post as authentic.
I don't think it's necessary to post on your blog everyday. Some people think two times a week is sufficient. I think so too.
But, if the blog is new and doesn't have enough content yet, you can post content everyday. Once you have enough content, 2 times per week is enough.
I just started my blog. It's just 2 weeks old. So I haven't started earning money from the blog. I don't expect to earn money from it yet, but I'm working towards it and confident that the money will start rolling in.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
