+1 on PPC I always like to know what I'm spending. Plus most of the networks I run on only offer PPC, the few I do run with on CPM are hit or miss sometimes.
I agree 100%. Although I haven't seen what the Dojo has to offer this free version of CPAFix is great. I personally don't consider myself a noob anymore as I have quite a few successful campaigns I still have a ton to learn and CPAFix always has helpful information and people.
I like to find offers that pay anywhere from $3-$7 most of the time. When selecting an offer, I chose an offer I can relate to. Something that I actually know something about and I design my ads based on something I feel like I would be looking for.
Same for me, excel is very powerful and I have multiple documents. I create a new document for every traffic source and then a new tab for every campaign. Track spend, revenue, profit, conversions, conversion rate, ...the whole 9 yards. It's been very helpful so far.

TOO MANY! Roughly, 10-12 during the week, and 6-8 on the weekends. Have most of my stuff setup to go to my cell phone so when something comes up I usually get on my computer and have a hard time getting back off of it.
