Worried about Google updating, please suggest what happing?

Maybe the problem is that you are not doing seo of your site regularly, maybe you do it from time to time. It's not good and can result in the above mentioned situation.

What to do for Blog Promotion?

I do the same things for promoting my blog as for promoting my site - the methods of seo are the same. I just add content regularly to my blog and also comment more on other blogs. I also do guest blogging.
