    Buying Video Traffic for Mixed Tags

    Does anyone know where I can buy video traffic (in-banner is fine) that accepts mixed tags (ie a 3rd party tag that shows a different ad each time it is displayed). We can pay like $1-3 CPM for small player and like $5-$7 for large player with a ton of scale. Let me know. Thanks.
